How to Use
- Place the grill pan on a flat, heat-resistant surface indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area near a suitable mains socket.
- Attach the thermostat control securely and plug the BS1363 UK plug into the socket.
- Preheat for 4-6 minutes to your desired temperature setting.
- Lightly oil the cooking surface or brush oil directly onto food if required.
- Add ingredients to the grill plate, turning as needed for even searing and cooking.
- After use, switch off, unplug and allow the unit to cool fully before cleaning.
- Wipe the non-stick surface with a soft cloth or sponge and store once dry.

Very good compact electric BBQ for a small patio. It does not have the huge cooking area of a full garden barbecue, but for two to four people it is ideal and much less hassle.
We were looking at George Foreman and Cadac options but chose this because it felt more versatile. It is open like a proper grill pan, works indoors in bad weather and stores neatly in our utility cupboard.
Great for quick weeknight meals. I use it for salmon fillets and mixed veg after work and it is ready fast. My only small note is that you need a nearby socket outdoors, but that is expected with electric.
